We will custom wrap your present for you for the below listed fees. Fees include all supplies - ribbon, gift wrap/bag/box, gift tag and more!

 

SMALL

$5.00 - per present ($4.00 if a gift bag is used)
General examples: CD's, Novel Books, Jewelry, Box of Chocolates, iPod, Watch, etc.
Approx. Max 8" X 5" X 3"

 

MEDIUM

$7.00 - per present ($6.00 if a gift bag is used)
General examples: Shirt Boxes, Journals, Medium Sized Hard Bound Books, Small Board Games, etc.
Approx. Max 11" X 8" X 5"

 

LARGE

$12.00 - per present ($11.00 if a gift bag is used)
General examples: Wii Console (in box), Shoe Boxes, Medium Kitchen Appliances (blender, coffee maker, and so forth), Laptop etc.
Approx. Max 12" X 12" X 18"

 

EXTRA LARGE

$15.00 - per present ($14.00 if a gift bag is used)
General examples: Large Toys (Doll Houses, Race Track Sets), 20" Television Sets, Microwaves, Vacuums, Multimedia Equipment
Approx. Max 20" X 20" X 24"

 

ODD SHAPED

$2.00 - per present for all odd shaped items , this is in addition to the regular fee per item (small, medium, medium-large, and large).

 

LARGER SIZES

Items that are larger than the sizes listed below will be quoted individually.

 

If you have your own supplies (wrapping paper, bows and/or ribbons, tags and tape) but would prefer to have your gifts professionally wrapped, there is an initial $25 fee and then rates will be as follows:

SMALL - $4.00
MEDIUM - $6.00
LARGE - $10.00
X-LARGE - $12.00

 

We are able to handle most jobs including unusually shaped and oversized items. If you unsure of what size the present will be categorized as, please email us the dimensions and we'll categorize it appropriately for you.


Pick Up and Delivery

Please note that we require an appointment to be scheduled 48-72 hours in advance. Same day emergency service is available however, for an additional $15 fee.

 

There is a flat rate pickup and delivery fee unless otherwise quoted.

* FREE pickup and delivery in White Plains, Greenburgh, Valhalla, Tarrytown, Elmsford, and Hartsdale on requests totaling $100 or more.

* $25 pickup/delivery fee outside the above listed areas with round-trip of less than 40 miles.

* Requests outside the service area or in excess of 40 miles round-trip will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We seek out hard-to-find gifts, purchase, and wrap those items for any special occasion. Having Gifts From U provide personal shopping service is a great way to free up your time and still create great memories. We can help you obtain a single item, or pick up items for everyone on your holiday shopping list. This a great service for busy professionals or others looking for assistance with acquiring gifts but just can not find the time.

 

We will take your gift shopping list and shop various stores to fulfill your order. Not only do we shop at some of our favorite shops we will shop at stores of your choosing. We don't charge by the hour so finding the best gift at the best price is our mission.

 

Gift Shopping Service Fees

Gift shopping services are billed in one of two ways. If you have a specific gift in mind, there is a flat fee of $30 plus 10% of the purchase price. This $30 fee includes up to 3 single items ($30 minimum overall cost). Each additional item will be charged a flat fee of $5 per item, plus 10% of the purchase price. If you have a huge list or special requests then you will be provided a quote. Millage rates of $.32 per mile may apply if traveling more than 20 miles from area code 10607. These rates would apply to tasks such as actual shopping or product investigation shopping.

 

Gift Shopping Service Process

Now let the fun begin and Gifts From U do the shopping for you!!! Our NEW Personal Gift Shopping Service is simple to use, competitively priced and will take the stress out of your gift shopping experience. The special item(s) that you would like for us to shop for will be discussed during your consultation.

  • We will gather as much detail from you as possible before the shopping process begins.
  • Once all details have been finalized, you will be given the ability to make a deposit for the cost of the item, any applicable fees, estimated sales tax, and our flat rate service fee (the 10% of the retail price of your item(s) will be calculated upon completion of shopping).
  • We will then use these funds to handle your personal shopping needs. It's just that simple!
  • If the deposit is not enough to cover the item(s), a representative from Gifts From U will contact you immediately to discuss and settle accordingly.
  • Should there be an overpayment deposited we will refund you accordingly. All shopping receipts will be provided to you upon completion of the process.
