How do I request a catalog?

Our store does not have a catalog at this time. Maybe in the future we will provide one however right now we tend to produce more custom types of gifts.

 

Do you provide suggestions or recommendations to customers in choosing the "right gift"?

We will be happy to assist you...just tell us your details and let us help you.

 

Can I Request A Custom Gift ?

Yes! We're delighted to create a gift that suits your particular needs and budget. Most of our gifts are custom gifts.

 

How do I place an order?

You can order great gifts from Gifts From U in several easy ways:

• By phone - (914) 281-1195 weekdays between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm EST (often later, especially during holidays!)

For email and fax orders, please include:

• Your full name, company name, full address, email address and daytime telephone number
  Items and quantities you would like to order
• Recipient name and company name (if applicable), full address, and daytime phone number (should there be a problem with the address)
• The date you would like the gift(s) to be received, a message to include with each gift and the name of the person each gift is from
• Credit card and billing information (full name and address) should be provided over the phone at (914) 281-1195.

Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?

Absolutely! Call us Monday through Friday from 10am (EST) to 6pm (EST) and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

Business checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol.

 

Can you invoice me?

Most individuals use a credit card to make a purchase. If you are ordering for a company, we can set up a corporate account and extend credit once you have filled out the corporate account application (subject to approval). It usually takes a few days to review the application.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you may cancel your order if it has not been assembled or shipped however depending on when you cancel there may be a processing or restocking fee.

 

Can I bill my shipping charges to my UPS or FedEx account number?

Yes! We're happy to ship your gifts using your UPS or FedEx account number. A $4.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to your order for each gift sent using your account number.
